iF: As the series progressed, was any point at which the writers started tailoring the characters to your performances?

RUSSELL TOVEY: Yeah, completely. I think that’s what’s brilliant about Toby’s writing, is that he can hear our voices now when he writes the scripts. He knows our speech pattern rhythm and our voices, and that’s all he hears. So he’s writing for the actors.

Being Human on BBC 1

As the U.S sets out on they first look of Being Human the BBC are currectly rerunning it on BBC One this is a huge leap up from it's BBC Three slot.
It's now on Thursday's at 10.35pm
Let's hope that this is a sign of things to come read a article about it here.

RUSSELL TOVEY: As an actor, I like to think of myself as instinctive, so you can judge who your character is by the way the other actors connect and respond to you. My George before was different to my George now, but equally still brilliant. That sounds egotistical, but he’s still a brilliant character and I’ve got a really nice [way of playing him] now. It was very daunting to go back into it with a different cast – it was like I was in a new show again, which was great.
